The rules
Terms of use
Effective October 15, 2026 · Chimes In LLC, Florida
By using 24/7 Relay News (the website, live channel, podcast, smart-speaker briefings and TV view, together "Relay"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Relay. Sponsors also agree to our advertising standards.
What Relay is
Relay is an automated news station. Newscasts, summaries and explanations are written and voiced by artificial intelligence from reporting by news organizations that we credit and link. Our presenters are AI voices, not people. A person sets our rules and reviews sensitive stories, but most content is produced automatically.
Use it as a starting point, not the final word
AI can make mistakes, and news changes quickly. Relay is provided for general information only. It is not legal, medical, financial, investment, tax or safety advice. Market figures may be delayed and are not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. In an emergency, follow official instructions from emergency services and the National Weather Service, not Relay. Always check important facts with the original source linked on each story.
If you find an error, tell us. We publish corrections on our corrections page.
Who can use Relay
Relay is a general-audience service. You must be at least 13 to use it, and at least 18 (and able to bind your business) to buy a sponsorship.
Your license to use Relay
You may listen, watch, read and share links to Relay for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may embed or quote short excerpts with a link back and credit to "24/7 Relay News".
Without our written permission, you may not: rebroadcast, re-stream or resell our newscasts; copy our content in bulk; scrape or crawl Relay except as allowed by our robots.txt; use our content to train or build AI models; remove credits, labels or disclosures; or present our content as your own reporting.
Who owns what
The Relay name, logos, station sounds, designs, scripts we generate, recordings and software are owned by Chimes In LLC or our licensors. Headlines, facts and reporting we summarize belong to the news organizations that published them; we credit and link them and follow their terms and our source standards. Nothing here transfers their rights to you.
Copyright and content concerns
We respect the rights of publishers and creators. If you believe something on Relay infringes your copyright, or a source you own should not be used, email legal@247relay.com with the work, where it appears on Relay, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act. We act quickly, including removing content and withdrawing affected editions, and we may stop using a source while we review.
Things you may not do
Don't interfere with Relay's operation, try to get around access controls, overload our systems, use Relay to break the law, or misrepresent a Relay recording (for example, editing an AI voice to say something it didn't). You may not make it appear that Relay or its presenters endorse you.
Third-party services and links
Relay links to other websites and uses services such as Cloudflare, Stripe, and casting from Google and Apple. We aren't responsible for third-party sites or services, and your use of them is under their terms.
Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop any part of Relay at any time, including taking the channel off air. We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and continued use means you accept the update.
Disclaimers
Relay is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Chimes In LLC and its members, staff and providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Relay or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim relating to Relay is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnity
If you use Relay in breach of these terms or the law, and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim.
Disputes and governing law
Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. Any dispute that isn't resolved will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both sides consent to that jurisdiction, except that either side may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court.
General
If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver. These terms, together with our privacy policy and advertising standards, are the full agreement between you and us about Relay.
